A day of arts, music, and culture at Peace In The Park 2018
This Saturday 9th June, one of Sheffield’s most beloved community festivals Peace in the Park returns to Ponderosa Park for its 15th year. Originally beginning in 2003, the festival emerged as an anti-war protest which has since evolved into an annual celebration of Sheffield's freedom and creativity: promoting peace, understanding and social justice. The festival is funded by money raised in advance and organised by a group of volunteers, artists, musicians, students, events organisers, and other local residents.
Party For The People are pleased to announce that this years event is our Charity of the Month for June which means that they get a portion of the booking fees for all tickets booked through Party For The People for this month, and also any additional donations from customers at the checkout. And with last year’s event enticing an estimated 7,000 people to Ponderosa Park, why not join them for a jam-packed day of art, music, and culture?
