Having raised £2500 in a year with incredible Comedy & Poetry line ups, Punk in Drublic is back at Reasons to be cheerful beer cafe in Didsbury.
This month's line up is mindbogglingly good and features COMEDY from:
ALLYSON JUNE SMITH - Canadian comedy export who's been tickling ribs since 2000. Honorary mancunian and multiple Canadian Comedy Award nominee for Best Female Stand-Up. "Simply one of the funniest Comedians I've worked with"- Jason Manford
YOLAV & GRAHAM - Bold and daring comedy duo consisting of a refugee who doesn't speak English and his interpreter. Liverpool ECHO Stand-up of the Year Finalist 2017 & Hot Water Comedy Comedian of the Year Finalist 2017.
and POETRY from:
ARGH KiD - Quickly ascending to be one of the UK's most prolific performance poets. ARGH KiD (AKA Dave Scott) is the Official Poet for the NSPCC, UEFA and Manchester United.
REBECCA ROY Quickly rising through the ranks of the UK spoken word scene, Rebecca has won Slams and was last year nominated for the Pushcart award for her piece 'Apogee' on Amy Kinsman's Riggwelter press.
All proceeds go to Mustard Tree homelessness charity and there'll be charity raffle with a whole host of goodies to be won to bolster our fundraising.
