How it works 

We operate at a standard 11% booking fee (with a minimum fee of £1.10). No card handling charges or other fees are added, ensuring that customers pay as little as possible for their ticket.

Our team have to cover running costs (transaction charge, servers, office space etc.) from this fee. 

The remainder of the booking fee is donated to charity. We make several large donations to our selected causes at the end of the year through our charitable trust.

Those who sell a large amount of tickets per show can choose a charity close to them. All proceeds collected from their ticket sales are then donated to the chosen charity.
